The lead interior designer and founder of La Mer Design Studio, Sophie, has always been fascinated by the transformation of a property. She happily spends hours searching for the perfect finishes, and loves nothing more than visiting a worksite to check up on project progress.
She was born in Britain, raised in France, and trained in Interior Design in Spain. Her favourite designs combine the simplicity of beautiful materials such as stone and wood, and timeless colour choices. Her aim is to make every space unique.
Sophie lives in the Penedes region outside of Barcelona with her husband, daughter and German Spitz. She draws inspiration from the architecture of the city, the vineyards and coastal area surrounding her.
